This is the best salmon recipe that I have ever eaten. I cook for one so cut it up in portion sizes. I have a Half Time Micro oven that bakes and I baked it in there using the half-time feature cutting the baking time in half. When I
cook for company I will still use the Half-Time feature.

Karen, I forgot to mention portioning the salmon before cooking and freezing the extra. The onion-mayo sauce could also be portioned and refrigerated until needed as well.

Sharon, your site lists a great way to pan fry 1 or 2 portions of salmon and tilapia at a time. Thanks! I'll try your seasoning blend next time!

I cut my salmon up into 5 or 6 oz. pieces and freeze in portions of 3 or 4 pieces in saran wrap then a freezer bag. I just pop one out every weekend and its ready on Monday. That way you don't have to eat the whole big salmon in one week. It really doesn't taste bad doing this and its great always having it on hand.

Hope this helps.
